What Are Cooling Systems?

Jet Coolers are precision-machined assemblies that connect the cooling water supply to the internal bore of a jet cool core pin, directing high-pressure fluid directly to the extreme tip of the pin. Copper Chills are inserts manufactured from high-conductivity copper alloy and embedded in the die to provide passive thermal sink cooling in thick sections or isolated hot spots that drilled water circuits cannot reach.
