Long Jet Cool Core Pin

The Long Jet Cool Core Pin extends the capability of the standard JC Core Pin to deep cavity applications where standard lengths are insufficient. Deep-cavity core pin applications are among the most thermally challenging in die casting: the base of a deep pin may reach temperatures that cause premature softening and deflection without effective internal cooling. Vyankatesh Engineering's Long JC Core Pins are engineered specifically for these demanding zones, with a deep-hole bore that maintains concentricity along the full extended length, ensuring cooling water reaches the extreme tip of the pin where heat is most concentrated.
