Side Core Holder

The Side Core Holder is a structural die component that mounts, guides, and retains the side core (or slide) in a die casting die during the shot cycle. It must transmit the full injection pressure load from the side core to the die body without deflection, while maintaining precise alignment of the core pin or insert carried by the slide.
